She managed to battle through illness to look her beautiful best in London at a promotional event on Tuesday.
And it seems all she needed was a bit of home comforts as just a day later she looked like she'd well and truly got over her sickness as she flew into her native Moscow.
The Sports Illustrated model showed off her pert derriere and petite physique as she walked through the streets of Moscow in a pair of skin tight black trousers.

And she finished the look off with her hair scraped back into a ponytail, while she carried a small brown leather clutch bag.
Irina had been in London just the day before as she continued her promotional tour to advertise lingerie firm Intimissimi's new book The Perfect Bra.

Cristiano Ronaldo's girlfriend took to Facebook to apologise to fans who had tried to see her, explaining she had been unwell.
She wrote: 'Thank u London I love u! Sorry I couldn't spend more time with u as I didn't feel well
But thank u very much for coming everyone!'
But any signs of her feeling under the weather were covered up thanks to her immaculate looks and dressed up outfit.

The catwalk star opted for an electric blue wrap around dress a she turned up to the company's Oxford Street store on Tuesday.
And she expertly posed for the cameras as she held the tome and blew kisses to photographers.
She then flew straight out to Moscow, where she was seen going through the airport in another similar stylish ensemble earlier today.
As she arrived in the country she wore the same skintight black trousers, but instead wore a baggy white T-shirt and cropped black leather jacket as she dragged her luggage through the airport.
The Russian model was then joined by a group of friends as she popped out for some dinner.
