Brunette Katie Moores, 26, claimed she shared a drunken kiss with the actor, 32, at his penthouse suite at the Park Plaza Hotel in Leeds earlier this month.
Care worker Moores claimed she met Lomas and some friends at the Oceana nightclub, before he invited her back to the hotel.

The alleged incident took place just a few days after he and Marsh, 35, attended the 20th anniversary of Disneyland Paris with their one-year-old daughter Polly.
Pictured in today's Sun, Lomas is seen lying on a hotel bed with Moores.
She told the paper: 'We were just drinking and talking about people off the soap. At one point he did say he was single.

'The kiss wasn’t anything like a passionate kiss - just a stupid drunken one...
'I don’t remember who started it. It wasn’t very long, probably about 20 seconds.'
Lomas and Marsh started dating in summer 2008 and the actress soon found out she was pregnant.
However, tragically their son Archie Jay died moments after being born 18 weeks early in February 2009.

They announced their engagement in January 2010 and welcomed their daughter Polly together in March last year.
However after leaving his second stint in Hollyoaks as bad boy Warren Fox, Lomas spent three months in the U.S. trying to find work in Hollywood.
Their long-distance romance was reported to have put a strain on the couple at time.
Last month, Marsh admitted it was 'hard' with him being away, but insisted they were still a couple.
Aside from their daughter Polly, Kym is also mother to Emily, 14, and David, 17, with ex-boyfriend Dave Cunliffe.
Jamie also has six-year-old Billy from his previous relationship with Hayley Lever.
